The Equinox Festival takes our responsibility to the environment seriously, and encourages our audience to do the same. A few steps taken to help insure that our footprint is minimized for this year's event include the following:
- Public transportation links are readily available via the Holborn and King Cross underground stations.
- Encourage participants to walk or bike to the event by providing adequate free bike parking
- Recyclable materials collected from festival vendors will include:

If you are ON STAFF at a daily or weekly newspaper, online publication or radio or TV station, please e-mail press@equinoxfestival.org with the following information: Your name and title, your publication's name, circulation or viewership, link to past Equinox Festival coverage, and description of planned coverage for 2009.
Freelancer:
If you are a FREELANCER, please have an assigning editor submit the above request to press@equinoxfestival.org.
University:
If you represent a UNIVERSITY publication or radio station, please have an assigning editor submit the request to press@equinoxfestival.org. In addition to the information noted above, please note the size of your school's student body.
